洁悠神长效抗菌剂预防包皮环切手术伤口感染的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察洁悠神(JieUC,JUC)长效抗菌剂应用于包皮环切手术伤口,在隔离创面、长效抗菌及预防伤口感染等方面,是否与传统敷料有相同的作用。方法:包皮环切手术患者108例,试验组55例,术后伤口仅喷洒JUC长效抗菌剂。对照组53例,术后伤口用传统敷料包扎。比较2组切缘外观、伤口感染率及细菌检出率等。结果:试验组与对照组比较,切缘渗出物、创缘反应、伤口感染率、细菌检出率均没有显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论:JUC长效抗菌剂具有与传统敷料相似的隔离创面、长效抗菌、预防包皮环切手术伤口感染的作用。Objective：To compare the effects of long-acting antibacterial material JUC on operative incisions of circumcision with traditional dressing in isolating operative incisions,long-acting antisepsis,and preventing infection of incisional wounds.Methods：108 cases of circumcision were done,55 of which（treated group）were spraied with JUC and 53（control group）were bandaged with traditional dressing.The appearance,infection rate,and detection rate of bacterium in operative incisions were observed in two groups.Results： There was no significant difference in secretion,reaction,infection rate and detection rate of bacterium in incisional wound between control and treated group（P0.05）.Conclusion：Compared with traditional dressing,JUC has similar effects on circumcisions in the aspects of isolating operative incisions,long-acting antisepsis and preventing infection of incisional wound.
