摘　　要：通过对新试点的面积限额制度下的运输行为进行分析,发现该制度在运输监管上存在着一些不足,为此引入IC卡技术强化管理流程,打击各种码单造假行为,从而建立木材运输智能卡管理机制,实现电子化和数字化,加强数据流程的安全性,使木材运输监管更加快捷、严密.Based on the exploration of transport management under area cutting quota,IC card technology was introduced to simplify the management process,fight against all kinds of forged single code of conduct,so as to establish a comprehensive IC card forestry management system,achieve electronic and digital managemet and strengthen the security of the data flow,making management more efficient,tight.
