摘 要:为降低堆焊耐磨复合板的制造成本,提高堆焊层性能,文中对自保护药芯焊丝外添加合金粉堆焊的工艺方法进行了研究,得到该工艺方法的最佳工艺参数;通过金相显微镜、磨料磨损试验进行分析,自保护药芯焊丝外添加合金粉堆焊工艺熔覆速率最高可达10.85 kg/h,稀释率最低可达9.23%,碳化物比例可达60%~70%(高于普通方法的30%~40%),堆焊试样与D237试样进行磨料磨损试验对比,相对耐磨性是D237的5~8倍。自保护药芯焊丝外添加合金粉堆焊工艺是一种很有前景的耐磨复合板制造工艺方法。In order to reduce the manufacturing costs of wear-resistant composite plate and improve the properties of the overlaid. The overlaying with self-shielded flux cored wire was carried out by adding the alloying powder surfacing, and the optima process parameters were obtained. The microscope test and abrasive wear test were used to analyze the microstructure and properties of the deposited layer. The deposition efficiency of this method is up to 10.85 kg/h, the lowest dilution rate is up to 9.23%, the proportion of carbide reaches 60-70%, which is 30-40% higher than that of the normal method, welding samples and D237 samples were compared by abrasive wear test, the results showed that the relative wear resistance of the overlaid sample is 5 - 8 times of D237 samples. The method developed by authors is a promising method to manufacture the wear-resistant composite board.
