摘 要:骨质疏松症和骨量低下对目前的公共健康构成主要威胁,充足的微量营养素特别是钙和维生素D对预防和治疗骨质疏松症起着重要的作用。此外,其他微量营养素(如氟、钠、钾、镁等及维生素)的水平也关系到骨基质中骨骼的代谢功能,在患有骨质疏松症的绝经后妇女和老年人中尤为明显。值得注意的是,包括水果和蔬菜在内的健康饮食,可以优化对骨骼健康所需的微量营养素的摄入量。Osteoporosis and low bone mass have been major public health threats currently. Sufficient mieronutrient especially calcium and vitamin D suppliment plays a significant role in the prevention and treatment of osteoporosis. In addition, the level of other micronutrients, such as F, Na, K, Mg, and vitamin, may also contribute to the bone metabolism function in the bone matrix. This is more apparent in postmenopausal women and aged people with osteoporosis. It is worth noting that a healthy diet including fruits and vegetables could promote the absorption of micronutrients necessary for healthy bone.
