摘 要:目的总结和探讨数字放射摄影双能量减影(DES)在胸部疾病检查中的优势。方法 200例胸部外伤或肺部疾病患者行DES胸部后前位X线摄影,分别获得标准影像、骨骼、软组织影像。并将DES影像与常规DR影像比较。结果 200例患者共摄影DES片600幅,发现肋骨骨折59例,肺炎38例,肺结核24例,肺内小结节54例,而常规DR检出骨折47例,肺炎38例,肺结核24例,肺内小结节50例。结论 DES对肋骨骨折和肺部小结节的检出率高于常规DR胸片。Objective To compare dual-energy subtraction (DES) and conventional digital chest radiography (DCR). Methods 200 patients with chest trauma or lung diseases were examined by DES DCR in the posterior anterior projection. The conventional DCR, bone, and soft tissue images were also obtained and compared with those of DES DCR. Results Of 600 DES images obtained on the 200 patients, there were more rib fractures (59 patients), pneumonia (38), pulmonary tuberculosis (24) and small lung nodules (54) detected than conventional DCR (47, 38, 24, 50). Conclusion DES is more sensitive to rib fracture and lung diseases than conventional DCR.
