血液净化治疗肾综合征出血热合并急性肾功能衰竭128例临床分析

摘　　要：目的探讨血液净化技术在肾综合征出血热(HFRS)合并急性肾功能衰竭(ARF)患者治疗中的作用。方法对2004年1月至2007年12月在本院进行血液净化治疗的128例HFRS患者的临床资料进行回顾分析。结果采用血液净化治疗后临床治愈125例,死亡3例。临床治愈患者尿量、血小板(PLT)、血清钠较治疗前明显增高,血红蛋白(Hb)、红细胞压积(Hct)、尿素氮(BUN)、肌酐(Cr)较治疗前明显降低。结论应用血液净化治疗HFRS急性肾衰竭,能明显改善肾功能,稳定机体内环境,降低死亡率。Objective To investigate the effect of hemodialysis in treating hemorrhagic fever with renal syndrome（HFRS）accompanied with acute renal failure（ARF）.Method Retrospective analysis of clinical data of 128 patients（from 2004-2007） with HFRS receiving hemodialysis and accompanied with ARF was performed.Results After treatment with hemodialysis,125 patients were cured and 3 died.For those cured patients,the levels of Urine Volume,PLT,Blood Sodium elevated,and the levels of Hb,Hct,BUN and Cr were lower than the level before the treatment.Conclusion Hemodialysis can improve the renal condition of HFRS patients accompanied with ARF.
