摘　　要：目的规范普通病房医院获得性肺炎(HAP)的抗炎治疗,促进抗菌素的合理应用。方法收集2005年1月至2009年12月在本院普通病房接受治疗的患者HAP 62例,基础疾病单一,没有脏器功能衰竭。根据痰细菌培养及药敏结果指导临床应用抗菌素。结果根据痰细菌培养及药敏结果选择基本抗菌药治疗全部治愈。结论适当选择常用抗菌素能够治愈普通病房的HAP。Objective In order to standardize the general ward hospital-acquired pneumonia（HAP） of the anti-inflammatory treatment to promote the rational use of antibiotics.Methods The bacteriology of the 62 patients with HAP whithout organ dysfunction,in the general ward between Jan.2005 and Dec.2009 in our hospital were analyzed.Result All cases of the general ward HAP is cured According to the results of sputum bacterial culture and drug sensitivity of the basic anti-bacterial medication.Conclusion Hospital-acquired pneumonia in the general ward can be cured by appropriate commonly used antibiotics.
