医院保洁员使用含氯消毒剂过程中存在的问题分析

摘　　要：目的探讨医院保洁员使用含氯消毒剂过程中存在的问题,为临床消毒工作提供指导。方法随机选择2009年8月在本院工作的经常使用含氯消毒剂的卫生保洁人员60人,对不同剂型含氯消毒剂的正确配置方法、浓度监测方法、作用机理、特定消毒目标所需的浓度要求、杀灭微生物的影响因素、对人体健康的影响等问题进行现场测试及问卷调查。结果不能完全正确掌握含氯消毒剂的配置方法、浓度监测方法、作用机理、不同消毒目标使用的浓度要求、杀灭微生物的影响因素、对人体健康的影响的保洁员分别有66.7%、70%、85%、88.3%、95%、96.7%。结论医院保洁员对含氯消毒剂使用的相关知识欠缺,应加强培训,确保消毒剂的使用效果。Objective To study the usage of chlorine disinfectants by hospital cleaners and identify the problems associated with the use of these disinfectants.Methods Sixty cleaners,working since August 2009 and usually using chlorine disinfectants,were selected for this study.Questionnaire and on-site inspection were performed to evaluate the way they use the chlorine disinfectants,the effect of the disinfection and the possible impact on human health.Result The percentage of cleaners failed to prepare the disinfectants,unable to monitor the chlorine concentration,not understanding the actions of the disinfectants,the concentration required for disinfection,factors affecting the efficiency of disinfection and the impact on human health,was 66.7%,70%,85%,88.3%,95% and 96.7%,respectively.Conclusions The knowledge of proper use of chlorine disinfectants was poor in most of the cleaners.Training should be given to these cleaners to ensure the proper use of these disinfectants.
