南京地区流动人口中孕产妇的保健情况调查分析

摘　　要：目的调查南京地区流动人口孕产妇的保健情况。方法采用分层抽样和按比例分配的方法 ,应用统一问卷进行调查,共收集有效问卷830份,内容包括社会人口学特征、孕产史、建围产保健卡、产前检查次数、妊娠结局等情况。结果调查显示流动人口中孕产妇文化程度低、就业低、经济收入少、医疗费用大多数为自费,超计划生育者较多,与本市孕产妇相关指标均有明显差异(P<0.01),这些因素造成流动孕产妇保健率低,不良妊娠结局高等现状。结论针对流动人口孕产妇保健的特点,采用适宜的健康教育方式,健全流动人口妇幼保健保障政策,督促其定期产前检查,以有效降低出生缺陷率及围产儿死亡率。Objective To investigate the present situation of the health care of the pregnant women of the floating population in Nanjing.Method A questionnaire survey was conducted and 830 available questionnaires were collected with the method of stratified sampling and proportional allocation,including general information,pregnancy and parturition histories,utilization of antenatal health care,antenatal examination and pregnancy outcome etc.Results The women of floating population generally have a lower educational level.Most of them are illiteracy or have only received primary education.Apart from that,most of them were out of work and have a lower family income.Those who received health care at their own expense.They skip the health care because of violating family planning.The indexes showing the health care level were far lower than that of resident women.Because of above factor,they have had the low rate of prenatal examinations and had the high rate of cacoethic pregnancy outcome.Conclusions Our suggestions are as following：Improve the health care management system for women and children of floating population,which should link to the management of temporary living certificate.Work hard to explore and try to establish reasonable health education method for floating population.To ensure them regular prenatal examinations and decrease the birth defects and perinatal mortality.
