2005-2009年仁寿县呼吸道传染病的流行病学分析

摘　　要：目的了解自2005年《疫苗流通和预防接种管理条例》实施以来仁寿县麻疹等呼吸道传染病的流行特征,为进一步预防和控制呼吸道传染病提供科学依据。方法收集2005-2009年如麻疹等8种主要呼吸道传染病发病数据和人口资料,计算发病率和构成比。结果 2005-2009年呼吸道传染病共发病8 753例,其中肺结核7 608例,占86.92%,发病率波动在91.30/10万～106.65/10万。发病人群主要为农村成年人,其余呼吸道传染病发病1 145例,占13.08%,以农村学生和儿童为主。结论目前呼吸道传染病出现发病年龄变化、农村发病较高、新的呼吸道传染病爆发等流行特征,应在加强扩大国家免疫规划工作的基础上,有针对性地开展相应疫苗强化免疫接种等防控工作,切实防范呼吸道传染病的爆发和流行。Objective To understand the epidemiological characteristics of respiratory infections such as measles after the plan of the ＂vaccine distribution and vaccination regulations＂ implemented in Renshou County since 2005,to provide scientific basis of the prevention and control of the respiratory infectious diseases.Method The incidence data and population data of 8 major respiratory infectious diseases targeted by vaccines such as measles were collected in 2005-2009,and the incidence and composition were calculated.Results 8 753 cases of the vaccine targeting respiratory diseases were found from 2005 to 2009.7 608 tuberculosis cases accouned for 86.92%,with the range of incidence rate of 91.30 / 10 million to 106.65 / 10 million.The patients are mainly adults in rural areas.1 145 cases were other respiratory tract infections,accounted for 13.08%,who were mainly rural students and children.Conclusions The age changes of the vaccine targeted respiratory infections,with the higher incidence in rural areas and the new respiratory infectious disease outbreaks are the epidemiological characteristics.We should be expanded to strengthen the national immunization programs based on the work,to carry out the corresponding targeted vaccine program to prevent and control against outbreaks and spread of specific respiratory diseases.
