黄芪穴位缓释埋植剂对慢性应激抑郁模型大鼠行为学影响

摘　　要：[目的]论证黄芪穴位缓释埋植剂治疗抑郁症的可行性。[方法]将40只大鼠随机分为正常组、模型组、百优解口服组、黄芪穴位缓释埋植剂组和黄芪注射液穴位注射组,每组8只。应用孤养和长期不可预见性中等强度应激刺激造成抑郁症模型大鼠。以Open-F ield法和糖水消耗实验对照研究慢性应激诱导抑郁症模型大鼠行为学的改变。[结果]穴位缓释植入剂组、穴位注射组及百优解口服组的敞箱实验得分及糖水消耗量均高于模型组(P<0.05),而与正常组相比,差异无显著性意义(P>0.05);三组间的得分和糖水消耗量差异无显著性意义(P>0.05)。[结论]黄芪穴位缓释埋植剂疗抑郁症有一定疗效。[Objective] To identify feasibility and safety of astragalus point-embedding sustained-release implant and test its in rat model of chronic depression.[Methods] A total of 40 rats were randomly divided into normal,model,oral prozac treatment,astragalus point-embedding sustained-release implants and astragalus injection groups（n=8/group）.Rat model of chronic depression was firstly established by isolated feed and chronic unpredictable stress of moderate intensity.Behavioral changes in rats of depression model under chronic stress were investigated by Open-Field method and sugar consumption experiment.[Results] The scores of open field test and consumption of sugar water in the oral prozac treatment,astragalus point-embedding sustained-release implants and astragalus injection groups were significantly higher than those in model group（P0.05）.However,they had no significant differences（P0.05） when compared with normal group.There were no significant differences among those 3 groups（P0.05）.[Conclusions] The astragalus point-embedding sustained-release implant is safe and effective in treatment of the rat model of chronic unpredictable mild stress depression.
