摘  要:[目的]探讨特比萘芬、氟康唑、伊曲康唑、制霉菌素体外抗口腔念珠菌的敏感性。[方法]采用NCCLS公布的M-27A方案微量液体稀释法分别测定特比萘芬、氟康唑、伊曲康唑、制霉菌素对38株临床分离的口腔念珠菌的体外敏感性。[结果]38株白念珠菌对氟康唑耐药4株,敏感34株;对伊曲康唑耐药5株,敏感33株;对特比奈芬耐药15株,敏感23株;制霉菌素均敏感。[结论]4种药物中氟康唑的敏感性相对较高,但仍有耐药现象,且氟康唑与伊曲康唑存在交叉耐药。[Objective] To compare the susceptibility of candida albicans cultured with fluconazole,terbinafine,itraconazole and nystatine.[Methods] M27-A Microdilution Method based on NCCCLS was used to determine the susceptibility of 38 candida albicans isolates cultured with fluconazole,terbinafine,itraconazole and nystatine.[Results] Four fluconazole-resistance isolates,34 susceptible isolates,5 itraconazole-resistance isolates,33 susceptible isolates,15 terbinafine-resistance isolates and 23 susceptible isolates were detected from 38 clinical candida albicans isolates.[Conclusion] The susceptibility of candida albicans to fluconazole is the highest in the 4 drugs,but the resistance to fluconazole and cross-resistance between fluconazole and itraconazole are found in this study.
