摘  要:研究了钛铁硼永磁体磁场对中碳钢摩擦磨损的影响.当磁场为45mT时,环和块的磨损量分别下降约50%和60%,进一步增加磁场磨损量则缓慢下降,至193mT时,环和块平均降低达70%,摩擦系数降低约30%.分析表明,磁场导致氧化磨损的比例增加是磨损降低的主要原因.The friction and wear behavior of medium carbon steel under magnetic field produced byNd-Fe-B magnet has been studied. When magnetic flux density of 45mT was applied the wear volumeof ring and block decreased by 50% and 60% respectively. As magnetic flux density further increased upto 193mT the wear volume of the ring and block decreased slowly to the maximum of 70% on averageand the friction coefficient dropped about 30% simultaneously. The results were explained mainly by thepromotive action of magnetic field for the oxidation of the wear particles and rubbing surface.
