摘  要:用电热加压法制得的实验室铝电解槽阴极试样,进行了Na渗透试验.这些试样具有很高的密度以及特殊的孔隙结构.根据Na和冰晶石熔体渗透的试验结果,讨论了铝电解过程中Na和电解质熔体向阴极碳块中进行渗透的机理.Na向阴极碳块中的渗透是通过碳晶格和碳块中的孔隙扩散进行的,当碳块具有较低的孔隙结构时,Na主要通过晶格进行扩散.碳块具有比较大的孔隙结构时,Na主要通过孔隙进行扩散.The penetration of sodium into the cathodic carbon samples, which were made by electricalbaking at high pressure, was studied. These samples have high density and special poress structure. Theexperimental results are usefUl for discussing the mechanism of sodium penetration into cathode carbonblocks during electrolysis. Sodium penetrates into carbon by diffusion both through the carbon latticeand through the pores in the carbon. When the carbon has low air permeability of porous structure,the sodium penetrates predondnantly through the carbon lattice where the sodium reacts with carbonto form intercalation compounds. When the carbon has more porous the sodium penetrates into carbonpredominetly through the pores.
