摘　　要：溃疡性结肠炎(ulcerative colitis,UC)的病因及发病机制目前尚不明确,但免疫异常已被公认是其发病的主要因素之一.近年,不少研究表明神经肽Y(neuropeptide Y,NPY)在免疫系统中起着重要作用.因此,推测NPY在UC的发生发展中可能也起着重要作用,本文就目前NPY与免疫和UC的研究现状作一简要评述.The pathogenesis of ulcerative colitis （UC） remains unclear.Immune dysfunction has been considered to be main etiological factor for UC.Increasing evidence suggests that neuropeptide Y （NPY） is involved in immune dysfunction and the pathogenesis of UC.This paper reviews the latest advances in understanding the role of NPY in the immune system and the pathogenesis of UC.
