摘  要:对南植199和华南124在低温胁迫下一些生理指标的变化进行研究。结果表明:随着胁迫温度的下降与胁迫时间的延长,木薯幼苗相对电导率和脯氨酸含量有不同程度的增加;丙二醛含量与可溶性蛋白含量则呈先升后降的趋势;叶绿素含量则不断下降。The changes of some Physiological Indexes of nanzhi 199 and SC124 under low temperature stress were studied in this experiment. The results were as follow: with the lowering of stress temperature and the prolonging of stress time, the relative conductivity and the content of proline of cassava seedling were increased in different degrees, the contents of MDA and soluble proteins were firstly increased and then decreased, the chlorophyll content was constantly decreased.
