摘　　要：城镇人口的分布受到资源环境条件的重要影响,通过深入分析不同区域资源环境的特征和约束条件,综合考虑新形势下城镇化发展的客观规律和目标要求,通过科学预判,制定差别化的城镇化发展分区策略,引导城镇人口在省域范围内的合理分布,将促进快速发展背景下的安徽省城镇化的健康发展,并对其他资源环境约束地区的城镇化策略的制定具有借鉴意义。The urban population reasonable distribution needs to receive important influence of the resources environmental condition,through the thorough analysis of characteristic and the constraint condition of different region resources and environment,consider the urbanization development objective rule and the goal request under the overall evaluation new situation,sentences in advance through the science,formulates differentiated urbanization development district strategy,guides reasonable distribution of the urban population in the province territory scope,will promote Anhui Province urbanization healthy development under the background of developing quickly,and have the model significance of formulation of the urbanization strategy of other area restrained to resources and environment.
