摘　　要：近两年山东省煤炭企业生产安全管理取得了巨大的成绩，安全管理工作有了新的发展，本文用模糊综合评价模型对山东省煤炭企业生产安全管理现状进行研究，通过模糊综合评价分析，得出煤炭生产中安全管理环节存在“安全信息系统应用”和“安全文化氛围营造”两个薄弱环节，并有针对性的提出了改进建议。In the past two years, safety management of coal production in Shandong Province has made great achievements, as well as a new development. This paper uses fuzzy comprehensive evalutaion model to study the status quo of safety management of coal production in Shandong Province, finds out the weak links of ＂safety information system＂ and ＂safety culture creation＂ in coalmining safety production management, and proposes pertinent recommendations for improvement.
