摘　　要：本文通过分析ＦＰＪ２０型粉喷桩机钻架结构、载荷特征，将钻架的强度和稳定性计算简化为受偏心载荷作用的细长压杆稳定性计算，并用美国 ＳＤＲＣ公司的机械 ＣＡＤ软件 Ｉ－ＤＥＡＳ对钻架结构进行了有限元分析。该方法对可简化为细长压杆的同类结构分析有一定的指导意义。Through analysis of drill derrick's structure and loading features of FPJ20 power injection type pile driver, the calculation of strength and stability is simplified as the stability calculation of a thin and long press rod under eccentric load. A finite element analysis of drill derrick structure is carried out with I-DEAS CAD software of American SDRC company. It is instructive to the analysis of similar type of structures that can be simplified into thin and long rod.
