子痫前期血清蛋白浓度变化及临床意义

摘　　要：目的探讨子痫前期血清蛋白浓度变化及临床意义。方法回顾分析2009年1月至2009年12月在我院产科住院治疗的子痫前期病例65例，其中轻度子痫前期41例，称子痫轻组，重度子痫前期24例，称子痫重组，并随机选择同期正常妊娠晚期住院待产孕妇52例为正常妊娠组、非孕期育龄妇女50例作对照组。收集四组患者临床资料、子痫轻组和子痫重组24h尿蛋白定量、四组病例血清白蛋白、球蛋白检测资料，并记录分析数据。结果从对照组、正常妊娠组、子痫前期轻组、子痫前期重组，血清白蛋白浓度分别是：45．24±3．55g/L、37．49±2．09g／L、35．39±3．28g／L、30．99±4．57g／L，与对照组比较均P〈0．01；血清球蛋白浓度分别是：26．95±3．47g／L、28．78±3．40g／L、26．84±3．81g／L、25．39±3．39g／L，正常妊娠组与对照组比较均P〈0．01，子痫轻组、子痫重组与对照组比较均P〉0．05。结论从对照组、正常妊娠组、子痫前期轻组、子痫前期重组，血清白蛋白浓度依次显著降低，球蛋白在正常妊娠组升高，在子痫轻、重组显著降低，原因未明。Objective To study the serum protein concentrations in preeclampsia and clinical significance. Methods Retrospective analysis from January 2009 to December 2009 in our hospital obstetric hospitalized patients in 65 cases of preeclampsia, in which 41 patients with mild preeclampsia, eclampsia, It was light group,24 cases of severe preeclampsia, It was severe group, and random selection of the normal late preg- nancy 52 cases of hospitalization in pregnant women with normal pregnancy group, 50 cases of non-pregnancy women of childbearing age for the control group. Clinical data collected four groups of patients, re-eclampsia and eclampsia light group 24-hour urine protein, four groups of patients Serum albumin, globulin test data, and analy- sis of data recorded. Results From the control group, normal pregnancy, mild preeclampsia, eclampsia or prerestructuring,serum albumin levels were：45.24 ± 3.55 g/L,37.49 ± 2. 09 g/L,35.39 ± 3.28 g/L,30. 99 ± 4. 57 g/L,compared with the control group,all P 〈0. 01 ; serum globulin concentrations were：26.95 ± 3.47 g/L,28.78 ± 3.40 g/L,26. 84±3.81 g/L,25.39 ±3.39 g/L,normal pregnancy compared with the control group were P 〈 0. 01, light eclampsia, eclampsia compared with the control group were P 〉 0. 05. Conclusion From the control group, normal pregnancy, mild preeclampsia, eclampsia or pre-restructuring, serum albumin levels are significantly lower in turn, increased globulin in normal pregnancy, in women with light, restructuring significantly reduced due to unknown reason.
