摘 要:目的探讨子痫前期血清蛋白浓度变化及临床意义。方法回顾分析2009年1月至2009年12月在我院产科住院治疗的子痫前期病例65例,其中轻度子痫前期41例,称子痫轻组,重度子痫前期24例,称子痫重组,并随机选择同期正常妊娠晚期住院待产孕妇52例为正常妊娠组、非孕期育龄妇女50例作对照组。收集四组患者临床资料、子痫轻组和子痫重组24h尿蛋白定量、四组病例血清白蛋白、球蛋白检测资料,并记录分析数据。结果从对照组、正常妊娠组、子痫前期轻组、子痫前期重组,血清白蛋白浓度分别是:45.24±3.55g/L、37.49±2.09g/L、35.39±3.28g/L、30.99±4.57g/L,与对照组比较均P〈0.01;血清球蛋白浓度分别是:26.95±3.47g/L、28.78±3.40g/L、26.84±3.81g/L、25.39±3.39g/L,正常妊娠组与对照组比较均P〈0.01,子痫轻组、子痫重组与对照组比较均P〉0.05。结论从对照组、正常妊娠组、子痫前期轻组、子痫前期重组,血清白蛋白浓度依次显著降低,球蛋白在正常妊娠组升高,在子痫轻、重组显著降低,原因未明。Objective To study the serum protein concentrations in preeclampsia and clinical significance.
