摘　　要：目的探讨如何改进交接手术的方法，使交接流程更加程序化、合理化，节约时间和人力。方法对手术患者使用F1式流程，改变以往传统的无组织交接。结果缩短了交接时间，减少医疗纠纷的发生。结论F1式流程缩短了手术前后的交接时间，提高了交接效果，为患者的治疗赢取了时间，患者及家属的满意度明显升高。Objective To explore how to improve the method of shifting the surgical patients in order to make the shift flow-sheet more sequencing and rationalization, save time and human resource. Methods F1 flow-sheet was used on surgical patients to replace the orthodox inorganizational shift. Results Shift time was decurtated and medical dispute was reduced. Conclusion F1 flow-sheet decurtates the perioperative shift time, elevates the shift effect, gets more time to treat patients, and the patients and dependents＇ satisfication obviously increased.
