HPLC法测定佳乐静液中阿普唑仑的含量

摘　　要：目的建立高效液相色谱法测定佳乐静液中阿普唑仑的含量的方法。方法采用高效液相色谱法测定佳乐静液中阿普唑仑的含量,十八烷基硅烷键合硅胶为填充剂,流动相为磷酸盐缓冲液:乙腈:甲醇(65:35:5);流速:1ml/min;进样:20μl;阿普唑仑紫外检测波长:220nm[1]。以外标法计算样品中阿普唑仑的含量。结果阿普唑仑浓度在9.318～31.06μg/ml范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系,r=0.9999(n=5)。阿普唑仑精密度RSD(%)=0.98;重复性RSD(%)=0.28;稳定性RSD(%)=0.85。样品的平均回收率为100.0%,RSD(%)=0.34。三批样品含量测定的平均值分别为97.18%、97.73%、98.60%。结论方法简便、迅速、灵敏、准确,并获得了满意的测定结果,可以推广使用。Objective To establish a Determination of in Alprazolam Jiale hydrostatic.Methods De-termination of Jiale hydrostatic in the content of Alprazolam,18 alkyl silane bonded silica filler for the mobile phase for PBS： acetonitrile： methanol （ 65： 35： 5） ; velocity： 1 ml/min; sampling： 20 μl; Alprazolam detection wavelength： 220 nm. Three bat-ches of samples of the average of 97. 18 percent,respectively,97. 73 percent,98. 60 percent. Conclusion The method is simple,rapid,sensitive and accurate,and was satisfied with the results of,you can use.
