摘  要:介绍了用于分布式共轨系统的新型电控喷油器的工作原理及特点,利用Amesim软件建立了该喷油器的仿真计算模型,以喷油器的响应特性和入口端的压力波动为评价指标。根据新型电控喷油器的结构特点,提出了5个无因次量,分析了这5个无因次量对其性能的影响,并利用正交表对影响因素的大小排序,优选出关键结构参数的方案,由于提出的5个无因次量具有普遍性和通用性,所以该结果为今后电控喷油器结构设计中性能主次影响因素的选择提供了依据,保证了喷油器良好的性能。Operation principle and characteristic of a new type common rail injector used in distributed common rail system were introduced in this paper.Numerical model of the injector was built based on Amesim software.Characters of response and pressure fluctuate of the inlet were as evaluation target.To analyze the effects of too many related structure parameters on injector performance,5 non-dimensional parameters have been set.Orthogonal test method was used in simulation.Orthogonal array was used to estimate the degree of influence caused by each parameter.Because of the universality and currency of the5 non-dimensional parameters,this optimize result could be a design basis for further injector parameter trade-off,performance of the injector was ensured.
