摘　　要：以对齿轮的疲劳试验寿命数据处理为例，叙述了一种以双曲线函数为原型的曲线拟合方法，来求取任意置信度Ｃ下的分布曲线，从而有效地改善了以一般二次函数为原型拟合时所出现的问题：即使拟合的曲线通常为抛物线，无法延伸到高可靠度区域。Taking Processing gears fatigue test life date as example,a method of curve fitting with hyperbola function as prototype has been related in this paper.with which distribution curve under any degree of confidence can be obtained.This method effectively improve the problem which will emerges if fatigue test data is fitted with general quadratic function as prototype,the problem is that the curve obtained from fitting is usually parabola and so it cant extend to the area of high relibility.
