摘 要:目的研究利胆排毒口服液对大鼠胆汁流量、大鼠胆汁及尿液中内毒素含量变化的影响。方法给大鼠灌胃利胆排毒口服液后,以胆汁流量的变化研究利胆排毒口服液是否有利胆作用;收集胆汁及尿液,采用显色基质法测定内毒素含量。结果给药前20分钟内,胆汁流出总滴数(x±s)为(15.5±3.5)滴,给药后20~40分钟较药前增加(4.5±1.5)滴,(P<0.05);给药后40~60分钟较药前增加(5.5±2.5)滴,(P<0.05),说明利胆排毒口服液有显著的促进大鼠胆汁分泌的作用。对照组与用药组胆汁中内毒素的含量分别为(84.3±12.1)EU/ml,(51.7±14.4)EU/ml,(P<0.05);对照组与用药组尿液中内毒素的含量分别(17.2±2.1)EU/ml,(12.5±1.6)EU/ml,(P<0.05);与正常对照组比较,用药组胆汁及尿液中内毒素的含量均明显下降。结论利胆排毒口服液对实验动物有明显的利胆作用;能增强大鼠体内内毒素的灭活作用。Objective To study the effects of Lidanpaidu oral-liquid (LOL) on enhancing flow of bile of rats ,and to measure the levels of endotoxin in bile and urine of rats respectively. Methods After collection of bile and urine of rats,to observe the flow of bile of rats,and to measure the levels of endotoxin by tachypleus amebocyte lysate. Results Within 20 min before given oral-liquid,the numerical value of drop of bile was (15.5±3.5).But 20-40min,40-60min after given oral-liquid ,the numerical value of drop of bile was increased (4.5±1.5)(P 0.05),(5.5±2.5)(P0.05) respectively.The LOL could increase the flow of bile of rats. Between control groups and drug groups ,the level of endotoxin was (84.3±12.1)EU/ml,(51.7±14.4)EU/ml,(P0.05)in bile respectively;and was (17.2±2.1)EU/ml,(12.5±1.6)EU/ml,(P0.05)in urine respectively. The LOL could low the levels of endotoxin in bile and urine of rats. Conclusions The LOL has the cholaneresis on rats ,and can enhance the destruction of endotoxin in rats.
