摘　　要：本文从互联网科普作品质量内涵出发,讨论了互联网科普作品质量控制体系建设的必要性和建设原则。结合中国数字科技馆建设经验,提出了互联网科普作品质量控制体系的内容组成。从管理机制和技术规范两个层面,分别阐述了互联网质量控制体系各个环节的标准规范、质量理念、控制目标和实施手段。Base on science popularization content,this paper discusses the necessity and criterion in the construction of quality control system of science popularization on the internet.Combined with the practice of the construction of China Digital Science and Technology Museum,the paper defines the content that constitutes quality control system of science popularization.Detailed criterions,quality concepts,control goals and practice methods are addressed with aspects of management mechanism and technology standards.
