高校网球教学训练系统的研究

摘　　要：运用分层随机抽样法、访谈法和数理统计法,对陕西省高校网球场地建设现状、运行情况和管理体制进行调查研究。结果显示,陕西省高校网球场地建设速度较快,以丙烯酸面层为主;场地在保证教学训练正常运行的情况下对外开放,取得了一定的经济效益;场地管理体制已见雏形,但管理主体差异较大,能级效益不显著,管理制度亟待完善。同时分析影响管理体制的因素,提出提高场地运行管理效益的建议,以推动网球运动的社会化和产业化。Using stratified random sampling method, interview method and methetical statistics, university tennis grounds construction current situation, operation situation and management system have been surveyed and researched in Shaanxi province. The results show that university tennis grounds are constracted very fast in Shaanxi province, the surface of the tennis grounds is acrylic acid mostly; and in the case that teaching and training operate normally, the tennis grounds are opened to the outside world and the universities achieve some economic benefits; and the management system of the tennis grounds has been set up, but the managers among the tennis grounds are different. The effect of capacity at all levels is not significant, the management system need to be improved. At the same time, the factors that affect the management system have been analysed, and the suggestions of improving the opration and management efficiency of the tennis grounds, the purpose is to promote the tennis sports to be socialization and industrialization.
