摘 要:为了探讨城市社区卫生服务机构员工职业发展的影响因素,为社区人力资源管理提供依据,调查了城市社区卫生服务机构样本中卫生技术人员的基本情况、培训情况及职业归属状况等。结果显示,124名有效调查者中,64.5%的人不具备本科学历,其中28.2%的人只有中专及以下学历,46.7%的人是应届毕业生就业进入现单位,参与者最多的岗前教育有49人次,93.4%的人对自己的职业无具体规划,90%以上的人不满意现有薪酬制度。分析出影响城市社区卫生服务机构人力资源职业发展的关键影响因素包括人力资源自身条件和人力资源被利用环境两方面,建议从人力资源获取、激励、绩效管理及开发等4个方面进行改善。In order to explore the key factors of human resources professional development of the urban community service to give the basis to the human resources management,hold a survey to the health technicians in the sample urban community health services about the basic situation,training,professional ownership.The results showed that in the 124 valid survey respondents,64.5% of people do not have bachelor's degree,28.2% of which were only secondary school qualifications or below,46.7% of them are fresh graduates into the current unit,the largest pre-service education participants 49 passengers,93.4% of people with no specific plan their career more than 90% of people satis-fied with the current pay system.get the key factors of human resources professional development of the urban community service agencies,including their own condition and the environment that is used.four suggestions are put forward,including the obtain and incentive of human resources,performance management,performance of development.
