摘 要:目的:探讨大型医院ICU护理人力资源管理的方法,提高ICU护理人员的工作效率,增强ICU护理的整体管理水平。方法:通过自制评价量表,对广州市某医院ICU病房的500例次患者进行评价,比较分析患者满意度、ICU滞留时间和护士满意度等。结果:患者满意率由2009年1-3月的83%提升到4-6月的92%;患者ICU滞留时间由4.4±3.6天缩减到3.8±2.3天;护士的工作满意度调查中,认为工作时过于疲劳者由38%减少到11%。结论:通合理排班、合理使用人力资源,可保证护理质量,缩短患者ICU滞留时间。Objective:To explore the methods of ICU nursing human resource management in large scale hospital,improve the efficiency of the nursing staff in the ICU,enhance the overall management level of care in the ICU.Methods:500 critical patients in ICU from one third A teaching hospital were assessed by self-designed scale.Nurses were arranged based on the severity score.Patients’satisfaction,1ength of stay in ICU,nurses’satisfaction were compared.Results:The patients’satisfaction increased from 83% in Januray-March to 92% in April and June.The length of stay in ICU was shortened from 4.4 ± 3.6 days to 3.8 ± 2.3 days.Nurses in the ICU was investigated for job satisfaction,the number of nurses who thought too fired decreased from 38% to 11%.Conclusion:This method could arrange nurses and use human re-sources rationally,ensure nursing quality and decrease the length of stay in ICU.
