银屑病与扁平苔藓中FasL和穿孔素的检测

摘　　要：目的通过对银屑病与扁平苔藓中FasL和穿孔素的检测 ,研究这两种疾病中细胞毒性T淋巴细胞的作用方式。方法免疫组化ABC法。结果在银屑病组织中FasL和穿孔素均为阳性表达 ;在扁平苔藓组织中FasL为阴性表达 ,穿孔素为阳性表达。结论在银屑病中 ,细胞毒性T淋巴细胞可能通过FasL和穿孔素两条途径起作用 ;在扁平苔藓中 ,细胞毒性T淋巴细胞的作用方式可能仅为穿孔素途径。Objective To study the mode of action of cytotoxic T lymphocytes in psoriasis and lichen planus by detecting Fas L and perforin in the two diseases. Mehtods Immunohistochemical staining ABC method was used. Results Both Fas L and perforin were positive expressed in psoriasis. Fas L was not expressed and perforin was expressed in lichen planus. Conculsion Cytotoxic T lymphocytes might played a role through both Fas L and perforin pathways in psoriasis. However, cytotoxic T lymphocytes might function through perforin pathway only.
