摘　　要：目的:了解合肥市农村已婚妇女生殖道感染现状及其影响因素,为有关部门采取干预措施提供科学依据。方法:分层、整群抽取安徽省合肥市3 211例农村已婚妇女进行妇科临床检查和实验室检查,并对生殖道感染相关知识、态度和行为进行问卷调查。结果:3 211例妇女中至少患1种RTI有1 030例(32.1%),前5位依次为宫颈糜烂(47.4%)、细菌性阴道炎(19.3%)、念珠菌性阴道炎(6.9%)、滴虫性阴道炎(5.7%)、外阴炎(0.2%)。农村已婚妇女学历越高者罹患RTI的可能性越小,为保护因素;未采取避孕措施、冬天洗澡的方式是盆浴、冬天更换内裤的时间越长、月均性生活次数越多越容易罹患RTI,为危险因素。结论:该市农村已婚妇女生殖道感染率较高,且受多种因素影响,应切实进行健康教育和定期妇科普查,以降低患病率。Objective：To study the RTIs status of married woman in the rural of Hefei and related influencing factors,in order to provide scientific basis for the correlated department to make decisions to promote reproductive health and adopt interfering countermeasures.Methods：We used a stratified cluster sampling design to take the clinical examination and laboratory examination on 3 211 married women.Investigating related health care knowledge,attitudes and behavior which would influence on the status of RTIs.Results：Among the 3 211 married women there were 1 030（32.1%） women had at least one RTI,and the rate of cervical erosion,bacterial vaginitis,candida,trichomoniasis and vulvitis was 47.4%,19.3%,6.9%,5.7%,and 0.2% respectively.The results of Logistic regression show that those who had higher education level were less likely to have RTIs,it was a positive factor;but those who had no contraception measures,had a tub bath,longer interval of bathing in winter,the more numbers of having sex per month were more likely to have RTIs,they were negative factors.Conclusion：RTIs are really prevalent in the rural communities of the city,and it is affected by multi-factors.We should carry out health education and gynecological census to decrease the rate of RTIs.
