穴位按摩法对产程进展影响的临床研究

摘　　要：目的：探讨穴位按摩法在足月分娩过程中对产程的影响。方法：选择2008年1月-2009年6月符合纳入标准的待产妇随机分为两组：观察组在产程进入活跃期时采用穴位按摩法进行干预,对照组不施任何治疗手段自然分娩,比较两组对产程的影响。结果：观察组在子宫收缩力方面明显强于对照组,活跃期时间明显少于对照组,自然分娩率明显高于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论：在分娩过程中应用穴位按摩的干预可明显加强有效宫缩减轻疼痛,缩短了产程时间,降底了手术产,有利于提高产科质量,使分娩过程更舒适,且经济、实用,值得临床推广。Objective：To study the effect of acupoint-massage manipulation on the birth process.Methods：The parturients who had been hospitalized in our hospital from January 2008 to June 2009 were divided into observation group and control group at random.When the production process into the active phase,observation group were treated with acupuncture massage and control group childbirth naturally without any treatment.To compare the production process between the two groups Results：Observation group in uterine contractility was obviously stronger than the control group,and in active period of time was significantly less than the control group.Conclusion：Application of acupuncture in childbirth during the massage intervention can significantly enhance effective contractions to reduce pain,shorten labor time,reduce production at the end of the surgery.It is cheap,practical and worth putting into clinical usage.
