摘　　要：目的:研究非药物减痛分娩法对产妇血浆皮质醇及分娩疼痛的影响。方法:将妊娠晚期孕妇60例按照预产期日数的奇偶分为对照组34例与干预组26例。干预组除接受常规孕期宣教外,还接受非药物减痛分娩法干预;对照组只接受常规孕期宣教。测定两组产妇的潜伏期、活跃期、分娩24 h后血浆皮质醇水平,并观察两组产妇对分娩疼痛的耐受性。结果:干预组产妇活跃期血浆皮质醇水平显著低于对照组,潜伏期和分娩24h后血浆皮质醇水平两组比较差异无统计学意义;干预组产妇对分娩疼痛耐受程度明显高于对照组。结论:非药物减痛分娩法能在一定时期内稳定产妇的血浆皮质醇水平,降低过度的心理应激反应,消除负性情绪,减轻产妇对产痛的敏感性,缓解分娩疼痛。Objective：To study on the influence of non-drug pain-deducting methods on level of plasma cortisol and labor pains in parturient.Methods：60 natural parturients were collected in our Hospital and randomly divided into two groups on odd or even number of the expected date of delivery： an intervene group（26 cases） and a control group（natural delivery group,34 cases）.The intervene group were received intervention with non-drug pain-deducting method as well as routine education in the duration of pregnancy whereas the control group received only routine education in the duration of pregnancy.The level of plasma cortisol at latency,active phases and at phase 24 hours after delivery were measured in two groups.The tolerance of labor pains were also observed and tested in two groups Results：The level of plasma cortisol in the intervene group at active phase was significantly lower than that in the control group but no statistic difference of that in two groups at latency phase and at phase 24 hours after delivery.The tolerance of labor pains in the intervene group was higher than in the control group.Conclusion：The non-drug pain-deducting methods can stabilize the level of plasma cortisol at defined phase,depress the undue reaction of psychological stress,remove the negative emotion in parturient,ease the sensitivity to labor pains,and relieve delivery soreness.
