Nr-CWS治疗子宫颈HPV亚临床感染临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的：探讨子宫颈局部应用红色诺卡氏菌细胞壁骨架制剂（Nocardia Rubra Cell Wall Skeleton,Nr-CWS）治疗人乳头状瘤病毒（human papilloma virus,HPV）亚临床感染的临床疗效。方法：采用双盲随机对照试验设计,将感染HPV患者随机分为治疗组18例,对照组10例,分别使用Nr-CWS和赋形剂。在治疗后4个月、8个月共2次于月经干净后3~10天对患者进行HPV检测,分析Nr-CWS对生殖道HPV感染的清除效果。结果：4个月后HPV检测示治疗组HPV感染转阴率为66.67%,与对照组20.00%比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;8个月后HPV检测示治疗组HPV感染转阴率为77.78%,与对照组30.00%比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：Nr-CWS对女性下生殖道HPV有良好的清除作用,对子宫颈HPV亚临床感染有疗效明确的治疗作用。Objective：To investigate the efficacy of applying nocardia rubra cell skeleton preparation in treating cervical human papilliform virus.Methods： Twenty-eight patients were double-blind randomly divided into two groups： treatment group（18 cases） were treated with Nr-CWS for one course and control group（10 cases） were treated with the excipient of Nr-CWS.Four months later and eight months later,HPV was detected by use of hybrid capture II.Results：Four months later,the negative conversion rate of HPV infection in treatment group was 66.67%,being significantly higher than 20% in control group（P〈0.05）.Eight months later,the negative conversion rate of HPV infection in treatment group was 77.78%,being significantly higher than 30% in control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Clinical application of Nr-CWS may eliminate the HPV infection in lower genital tract of a considerable proportion of women with HPV infection.
