摘  要:采用溶胶-凝胶共沉淀法制备了硅铁红陶瓷色料,并且用色度测量仪、扫描电镜、透射电镜和XRD仪等分析手段对色料进行了表征。研究了Si/Fe摩尔比、合成溶液pH值、煅烧温度和矿化剂对色料颜色的影响。结果表明:随着硅铁比和煅烧温度的增加,色料的红度减小;随着pH值的增加,色料的红度值增加,当pH为10时,色料的红度值达到28.93;矿化剂的加入有利于色料的呈色,其效果与加入量有关,加入量低于3wt%时以LiF效果最好,加入量高于3wt%时以NaF效果最好。In this paper,a sol-gel co-precipitation method was developed to synthesize Fe2O3/SiO2 red pigments.The as-prepared samples were characterized by XRD,colorimeter and SEM.The influences of Si/Fe,pH,firing temperature and mineralizer on the color of the obtained pigments were investigated.The result shows that the red a-value decreased with the increasing of the molar ratio of Si/Fe and the firing temperature.The red a-value increased with the increasing of the pH value.When the pH was 10,the red a-value is 28.93.The mineralizer was beneficial to the red a-value.When the amount of the mineralizer is lower than 3%,LiF is the most effective mineralizer.However,when the amount of the mineralizer is more than 3%,NaF is the most effective mineralizer.
