金刚石滚筒刀具的有限元分析

摘　　要：应用ANSYS大型通用有限元软件,对陶瓷刮平定厚机的金刚石滚筒刀具进行了刚性分析,分析结果表明,金刚石滚筒刀具的结构应力、应变分布规律比传统的计算结果更精确,更详细。为加强金刚石滚筒刀具的整体刚度,隔绝固体声对刮平机定厚机的激励而产生的辐射噪声提供了重要的理论依据。Utilizing the finite element analysis software ANSYS,the paper analyses the static behavior after setting up a finite element model of the diamond roller tool for the ceramic tile calibrating,and observes the stress distribution of the diamond roller tool.The results show that the FEM calculation of the whole stress distribution is more accurate and detailed than a traditional method.The results provide important basis for the design of diamond roller tools and the reduction of noise and vibration.
