摘 要:利用微波吸收介电谱检测技术,在超短脉冲激光作用下,检测了纳米硫化镍增感的AgBr立方体乳剂中光电子的时间分辨谱,同时获得了自由光电子与浅束缚光电子在不同化学增感条件下的时间行为.还对乳剂的感光性能进行了研究,得出了感光度与反差系数随增感条件的变化曲线,结合乳剂的光电性能和感光性能,对增感条件与乳剂性能的关系,以及微观和宏观两种不同角度下结论的一致性进行了探讨.As a new-style means of sensitization,sensitizing by sulfide nanoparticles can improve the performance of AgX emulsion.Under illuminated by pulse laser,the time-resolved spectrums of photoelectrons in the cubic silver bromide emulsion sensitized by sulfureted nickle nanoparticles have been obtained by using the microwave absorption and dielectric spectrum measure technique,and the temporal behaviors of free photoelectrons and shallow trapped electrons in emulsion with different sensitization condition are gained at the same time.Moreover the sensitization of emulsion is focused on,and the curves of sensitization and contrast of the emulsion with the different sensitization condition are obtained,photoelectron performance is combined with sensitization performance,the ralationship of sensitization condition and emulsion performance,as well as the consistemce of conclusion between macroscopic direction and microscopic direction are discussed.
