城市边缘地区转移工业的绿色发展评价研究——以秦皇岛为例

摘　　要：在回顾国内转移产业相关研究的基础上,基于PSR模型,构建了工业绿色发展程度分析模型,继而提出了工业绿色发展评价指标体系,试图通过定性和定量相结合的方法来评价转移工业的绿色发展程度.据此为边缘区科学选择承接工业提供相应依据.最后以秦皇岛为例,对正在转移或可能发生转移的工业进行绿色发展评价,为秦皇岛边缘地区的工业选择提供科学依据.An model of analyzing industry＇s green developing degree is constructed on the basis of PSR model,having reviewed relative research about transfer industry over China, and then an index system of assessing green developing degree of industry is put forward. Edge district scientific foundations about making rational decision on accepting transfer industry based on the analysis of quality-quantity combination are provided. At last,Qinhuangdao was taken as an example to check up the system.
