复方决明降脂汤中黄酮类化合物的成分研究

摘　　要：目的对复方决明降脂汤的药效学物质基础进行研究。方法以水提醇沉,亲脂性有机溶剂萃取,硅胶柱色谱分离等方法对复方决明降脂汤进行提取分离。结果经波谱分析等方法鉴定,从复方决明降脂汤中得到2个化合物Ⅰ和Ⅱ。结论芹菜素和木犀草素是复方决明降脂汤的药效学物质基础。Objective To study the material basis of Compound Juemin Jiangzhi Decoction of pharmacodynamic research.Methods The sample underwent water extraction and alcohol precipitation,lipophilic organic solvent extraction,silica gel column chromatography and other methods of extraction and separation of the Compound Juemin Jiangzhi Decoction.Results Identified by spectral analysis,2 compounds,I and II,were attained from the Compound Juemin Jiangzhi Decoction.Conclusion Apigenin and luteolin are the pharmacodynamical material basis of Compound Juemin Jiangzhi Decoction.
