摘 要:选用反应性乳化剂,采用预乳化半连续聚合方法,合成出了保护膜用丙烯酸酯乳液压敏胶。探讨了多官能度乙烯基内交联剂M和外加氮丙啶交联剂SC-100、环氧交联剂GA-240用量对压敏胶初粘性、180°剥离强度、180°剥离强度增幅及湿热老化性能的影响。结果表明,随交联剂M、SC-100及GA-240用量增大,压敏胶的180°剥离强度及180°剥离强度增幅减小,湿热老化性能提高,初粘性随交联剂M用量增大变化不大,随SC-100及GA-240用量增大而降低;外交联剂GA-240在提高压敏胶湿热老化性能和抑制剥离强度增长方面比SC-100的效果好,相同用量下,使用GA-240的180°剥离强度高于SC-100;采用单体量0.2%的内交联剂M,胶液量0.3%的GA-240或0.5%的SC-100,制得的表面保护膜对PVC型材的贴附性良好,湿热老化后剥离时型材表面无残胶。Polyacrylate emulsion pressure sensitive adhesives (PSAs) for protective films were prepared via pre-emulsified semi- continuous polymerization in the presence of polymerizable emulsifier. The effects of amounts of multifunctional vinyl based internal cross linker M, aziridine cross linker SC-100 and epoxy cross linker GA-240 on the tack, 180° peel strength, growing rate of 180° peel strength and hydrothermal ageing behaviour were discussed. The experiment results showed that the 180° peel strength and growing rate of 180° peel strength was decreased and the resistance to hydrothermal ageing was improved with increasing of the amounts of cross linker M, SC- 100 and GA-240. There was little change in tack with increasing of the amount of cross linker M. Tack was decreased with increasing of the amounts of cross linker SC-100 and GA-240. Cross linker GA-240 was better than SC-100 to improve the hydrothermal aging property and to inhibit the growth peel strength. 180° peel strength to use GA-240 was higher than that to use SC-100 when the amount was same. The adhesion to PVC profiles was good and there was no adhesive residue during peeling after hydrothermal ageing when the amount of cross linker M was 0.2% of monomer amount and the amount of cross linker GA-240 or SC-100 was 0.3% or 0.5% of emulsion PSA amount,respectively.
