摘 要:研究了以不同分子质量的丁羟(HTPB)、二异氰酸酯和固化剂为主要原料制备的PU弹性体的力学性能。结果表明,PU弹性体的力学性能随丁羟相对分子质量的增大而提高;R(n-NCO/n-OH)值达到8时,PU的力学性能最佳;用4种固化剂固化PU弹性体,结果表明复配的固化剂固化的PU弹性体力学性能最好;固化温度越高、时间越长,PU弹性体的力学性能越好。The paper studied mechanical properties of the PU elastomers which were prepared with HTPB with different molecular weight, diisocyanate and hardener as the raw materials. The results showed that mechanical properties of the PU elastomer increased with increase of molecular weight of HTPB. When the R value was 8, mechanical properties of the PU elastomer were the best. Mechanical properties of the PU elastomer which was prepared with mixed hardener were the best of all. The more the curing temperature and the time were, the better mechanical properties of the PU elastomer were.
