摘 要:采用乳液聚合法合成了一种水性丙烯酸乳液粘合剂,将其应用于干法复合的BOPP/VMCPP膜上。研究了涂胶量、熟化时间和温度对粘合剂剥离强度的影响。结果发现,用于复合BOPP/VMCPP时,合适的涂胶量为2.0g/m2左右,熟化温度为45~50℃,熟化时间为1~2h,剥离强度达1.3~1.8N/15mm,可以满足使用要求。同时,该粘合剂也可以用于普通塑料膜之间的复合,剥离强度可达2.0N/15mm。By emulsion polymerization, a kind of waterborne acrylic emulsion adhesive was synthesized. It was applied in the structure of BOPP/VMCPP by dry-type lamination. Effects of coating amount of adhesives, curing time, and curing temperature on peeling strength were studied. We found when it was applied in BOPP/VMCPP structure, the proper coating amount of adhesives is about 2.0 g/m2, better curing temperature is 45- 50 ℃, and better curing time is 1 - 2 h. Final peeling strength can attain 1.3-1.8 N/15 mm. This is very satisfied with factual application need. Moreover, the adhesives can be used in laminating between common plastic films and the peeling strength can reach 2.0N/15mm.
