黄葵总黄酮缓释片释放度影响因素研究

摘　　要：目的考察影响黄葵总黄酮缓释片释放度的因素,确定其优化处方。方法在对黄葵缓释片总黄酮含量测定方法进行考察的基础上,采用单因素法考察不同因素对黄葵缓释片释放度的影响,进而设计不同处方,并采用综合评分法进行评价。结果筛选确定了黄葵总黄酮缓释片的优化处方:黄葵总黄酮25%,羟丙甲纤维素55%,乙基纤维素5%,乳糖15%。结论黄葵缓释片处方和影响其释放度因素的确定为该品的进一步研发提供了科学依据。Objective To inspect the factors affecting releasing degree of total flavonoids from abelmosehus moschatus extended action tablet and determine the optimized prescription. Methods On the basis of content determination of total flavonoids in abelmosehus moschatus extended action tablet,the mono-factor method was used to inspect different factors affecting release degree of tablets,different formulas were designed,and evaluated by using combined grading method. Results The optimal formula of total flavonoids in abelmosehus moschatus extended action tablet was TFA 25%,HPMCK4M 55%,EC 5%,lactose 15%. Conclusion The optimal formula of abelmosehus moschatus extended action tablet confirmed and the factors affecting releasing degree provide scientific evidence for further development of the product.
