摘 要:根据"一专多能"的设计思想,研制了多功能微弧等离子喷涂系统。该系统除具有喷涂功能外,还具有焊接、切割、淬火等用途。所设计的微弧等离子喷枪采用了独特的气路结构、喷嘴结构和中心轴向送粉方式;设计的电源运用了IGBT高频逆变技术、微电脑控制技术和软开关变换技术等,具有体积小、质量轻、抗干扰强、可靠性高等特点。运用多功能微弧等离子喷涂系统制备了碳纳米管/纳米Al2O3–TiO2复合吸波涂层。结果表明,涂层厚度为1.5mm时,碳纳米管/纳米Al2O3–TiO2复合涂层的吸波能力最佳,最小反射率为-22.14dB,小于-10dB的频带宽为4.00GHz。According to the design idea of "to be expert in one thing and good at many", a multi-functional micro-arc plasma spraying system was developed. The system has functions of not only spraying, but also welding, cutting and quenching, etc. The micro-arc plasma spraying gun was designed with unique passage, spraying nozzle structure and center axial powder transportation manner. High frequency inverse technology of IGBT, micro-computer control and soft switch conversion technology were used for power design, which possesses the characteristics of small volume, light weight, strong anti-jamming and high reliability, etc. An absorbing coating of carbon nanotube/nano-Al2O3-TiO2 composite was prepared by the multi-functional micro-arc plasma spraying system. The results showed that the carbon nanotube/nano-Al2O3-TiO2 composite coating has the optimal absorbing performance. Its minimal reflectivity is -22.14 dB and the frequency band width for absorption value less than -10 dB is 4.00 GHz, when the thickness of the composite coating is 1.5 mm.
