摘 要:目的探讨聚合酶链反应检测HBV—DNA与HBV不同血清学标志中的关系。方法采用聚合酶链反应(PCR)技术对270例HBV不同血清学标志及不同组合进行了HBV—DNA的检测。结果HBV—DNA在HBeAg标志中检出率最高,阳性率为100%;其次是HBsAg、抗HBc和抗—HBe,阳性率分别为660%、659%和462%;在抗—HBs标志物中未能检出HBV—DNA;在HBsAg滴度为≤512、>512和阴性者中阳性率分别为606%、757%和219%;在ALT异常和正常者中阳性率分别为688%和295%。结论HBV—DNA在HBV血清学标志不同组合、不同HBsAg滴度和不同肝功能中的阳性率有着非常显著性差别。Objective To explore the relationship between different serological markers of HBV-DNA and HBV detected by Polymerase Chain Reaction(PCR).Methods The PCR was used to detect the different serological markers and different combination of 270 cases of HBV. Results The highest detective rate of HBsAg markers was HBV-DNA,which was 100%,and followed by the HBsAg,anti-HBC and anti-HBe with the detective rate of 66.0%,65.9% and 46.2% respectively.The HBV-DNA was not detected.Among the cases with the titre of HBsAg≤512,>512 and negative,the positive rates were 6.06%,75.7% and 21.9% respectively. The positive rates of cases with abnormal and normal ALT were 68.8% and 29.5% respectively. Conclusion There was significant difference of the positive rate of HBV-DNA among the cases with different combination of HBV serological marker, cases with different HBsAg titre and cases with different hepatic function.
