摘  要:首先根据碟阀的特性,选用EPE作为缓冲包装材料和填充物,结合EPE的特性和产品的外形进行缓冲包装结构设计,所设计的结构起缓冲作用的同时又起到了固定产品和便于装箱操作的作用;其次选用瓦楞纸板作为贴面材料,贴附在蝶板上保护蝶板的表面,防止表面划痕;然后将外包装容器设计成便于组装拆卸的S型快装箱,用胶合板作插格来分割、固定产品。试验验证说明,此包装不仅使集装箱的利用率达到了要求,产品也得到了很好的保护。Firstly,due to the characteristics of butterfly valve,EPE was selected to be cushioning packaging material and filler.Cushioning packaging structure was designed according to the characteristics of EPE and contour of product.The designed structure could fix the product and facilitate packing operation while having the cushioning effect.Secondly,the surface of butterfly board was pasted with corrugated board for protection against surface scratch.Thirdly,the S-box as one kind of plywood box was designed for exterior container,so as to facilitate assembling and dismantling.Plywood was inserted to split and fix the product in the S-box.Finally,it is demonstrated by experiment and verification that the package makes utilization ratio of container reach requirements,and the products are well protected.
