摘 要:以枕式利乐包为原料,采用热重红外联用(TG-FTIR)分析技术,研究了利乐包的热解特性。实验采用10℃/min的升温速率,温度区间为室温至750℃。结果表明:利乐包热解过程分为低温时纸的热解和高温时聚乙烯的热解2个阶段,2个阶段有一定的相互作用;热解产物为烃类和含氧有机化合物,同时金属铝也得到了很好的分离。Pillow Tetra Pak was taken as the raw material,and TG-FTIR analysis technique was adopted to study the pyrolysis characteristics of Tetra Pak,10 ℃/min was set as the heat up rate in experiment,and the temperature range was from room temperature to 750 ℃.The results show that the pyrolysis process of Tetra Pak could be divided into thermal decomposition of paper under lower temperature and thermal decomposition of polyethylene under high temperature.The two stages had certain interaction,and the pyrolysis products were hydrocarbons and organic compound containing oxygen;meanwhile,metal aluminum can also be recovered by pyrolysis.
