摘　　要：软件开发项目的负责人往往需要控制软件开发的整体时间,也就必须充分了解在软件开发过程中起决定性作用的那些任务,这样才可采取相应措施缩短开发工期提高效率。主要探讨AOE网中的关键路径的求解算法,并将其应用到软件开发项目各任务的时间管理网络图中解决各项任务完成时间的估算。Responsible for software development projects often need to control the overall software development time,also must be fully understand the process of software development play a decisive role in those tasks,it can take measures to shorten the development period increase efficiency.This paper discusses the AOE network in the critical path algorithm and its application to software development projects of various tasks to solve time management network diagram of the task completion time estimates.
