摘　　要：CBD的发展是与其人才聚集分不开的。本文选择世界典型CBD人才聚集过程进行比较分析,认为产业氛围、基础设施、人文环境、文化气息及生活方式等方面是CBD区域吸引高质量人才的重要因素。The development of CBD is indispensable of talent accumulation in the area.In this paper,a comparative analysis is conducted on talent accumulation process in typical CBDs worldwide.The research concludes that CBD authority can attract superior-quality senior talents to settle down and work in the district with important resources,such as industrial atmosphere,infrastructure condition,humanity environment,cultural aura,life style,etc.
