摘  要:天津钢管公司的钢包底部碳砖蚀损严重影响了钢包的使用寿命。通过分析包底用铝镁尖晶石碳砖的损毁机理,在其它原料配比不变的情况下,研究镁砂细粉、铝镁尖晶石和复合添加剂的加入量对碳砖高温性能的影响。研究结果表明,上述三者的配比为8%、10%和4%时能明显提高碳砖的使用寿命。另外,碳砖厚度由155.0 mm减至77.5 mm也有利于提高碳砖的寿命。The erosion of carbon bricks installed at the bottom of a ladle have a serious effect on the service life of the ladle in Tianjin Steel Pipe Co. , Ltd.. Based on analyzing the eroded mechanism of alumina- magnesia spinel carbon bricks, the influences of magnesia powder, alumina - magnesia spinel and compound additive on the properties of the carbon bricks at high temperature are studied with keeping the mixture ratios of other materials unchanged. The results show that the service life of carbon bricks is obviously improved when the ratios of these 3 kinds of materials above -mentioned are determined to be 8% ,10% and 4% respectively. Moreover, it is also helpful for carbon bricks to improve their service life if the thickness of the carbon bricks is reduced to 77.5 mm from 155.0 mm.
